Life at Parry

Life at Parry is full of rich experiences, special moments and opportunities for students to connect, learn and grow. From swimming carnivals, cultural activities and seasonal celebrations to excursions and visits from community leaders, our students are engaged in meaningful experiences throughout the year. We believe it is important to showcase the events that bring our school community together and help make Parry a vibrant, supportive and welcoming place for every student.

This is Lexi

Lexi is a much loved member of the Parry team and plays an important role in supporting the wellbeing of our students. As our Assistance Dog, she brings calm, comfort and connection to the school each day. She is a valued part of our wellbeing approach and a friendly face that students, staff and visitors always look forward to seeing.

Parry Christmas Magic

Each year, Christmas is a special and meaningful time for our Parry family. In the lead-up to the festive season, students take on creative projects they proudly complete and take home as gifts for loved ones or decorations to brighten their homes.

At the end of term, we invite community members who have supported us throughout the year to join us for our Christmas Presentation and shared lunch. It is a tradition cherished by students, staff and our wider community, and a moment of togetherness, gratitude and joy that we all look forward to every year.

Welcoming the Premier to Parry

During a recent visit to Tamworth, NSW Premier Chris Minns, Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon and Police Minister Yasmin Catley stopped by Parry School to meet our students and tour our school. Our students proudly served morning tea and presented each guest with a small gift to take home, demonstrating the warm hospitality and community spirit that define Parry.
