Travel to school
Travel arrangements to Parry School are discussed with every family during the enrolment process to ensure students can arrive and leave safely each day. While we encourage families to transport their child to and from school wherever possible, a local town bus service is also available. The bus stops directly at the front of the school, providing a convenient option for students who require public transport.

Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools. When driving and parking near Parry School, please help us keep everyone safe by following all road and parking rules.
At the front of the school, there is a marked bus zone, located in front of the Tamworth High School Agriculture plot. This area must remain clear at all times for the local bus service. There is also a no-parking zone directly in front of Parry School, and vehicles must not park in this space during the posted times.
When visiting or dropping off your child, please:
- park safely and legally in surrounding streets
- follow all school zone speed signs
- avoid U-turns and 3-point turns near the school gate
- be mindful that our school is located in a residential area and respect our neighbours’ driveways and access
Your cooperation helps ensure the safety and comfort of our students, staff, families and community.
